Grocery Store Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Grocery Associate to join our team at Amazon Fresh. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional grocery shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers and responding to their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Offer product recommendations and provide information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Operate cash registers and assist customers with self-service checkout lanes.
- Process in-store and Amazon.com returns, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare fresh food items, such as salads, pizzas, and sandwiches, to meet customer demand.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and producing displays.
- Unload product deliveries and organize stockroom to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Pick items to fulfill customer grocery orders for pickup and delivery.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to understand and perform duties safely in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
