Grocery Store Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Grocery Retail Associate to join our Amazon Fresh team. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Restock shelves, maintain store displays, and ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare and package fresh food items, such as salads, pizzas, and sandwiches.
- Unload product deliveries, organize stockroom, and maintain inventory levels.
- Pick items to fulfill customer grocery orders for pickup and delivery.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to understand and perform duties safely in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
