About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Grocery Associate to join our team at Amazon Fresh. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional grocery shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers and responding to their needs
  • Offer product recommendations and provide information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
  • Operate cash registers and assist customers with self-service checkout lanes
  • Process in-store and Amazon.com returns
  • Prepare fresh food items, such as salads, pizzas, and sandwiches
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including stocking shelves and producing
  • Unload product deliveries and organize stockroom
  • Pick items to fulfill customer grocery orders for pickup and delivery
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to understand and perform duties safely in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for duration of shift
