  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including scheduling, inventory, and asset tracking

  • Develop and implement processes to improve communication and collaboration between teams
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership or operations role, preferably in the grounds maintenance or landscape industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Working Conditions

The Grounds Field Service Manager - Operations Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to client sites and team meetings. The role requires the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and to lift up to 50 pounds.
