This role offers an indefinite contract with a compensation of $25/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the transfer of property titles and Manufacturer's Certificate(s) of Origin (MCO) for vehicles.
  • Keep comprehensive records and documentation in our BackOffice system regarding the progress of title transactions.
  • Regularly follow up on pending titles and provide updates through weekly reports.
  • Handle physical titles, ensuring they are systematically organized and updated in our tracking system upon receipt and dispatch.
  • Initiate and manage title corrections as required.
  • Work alongside the Transactions team to collect necessary sales documentation for title transfers from company dealer names.
  • Effectively communicate with homeowners and communities regarding title-related issues and resolutions.
  • Utilize OneProject to maintain an accurate ownership record of properties.

Qualifications:

  • Essential experience in managing home titles; experience with vehicle titles is not relevant.
  • Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong organizational abilities.
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and title management software.
  • Self-driven and proactive in addressing issues and following up with relevant parties.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with homeowners and external stakeholders.
  • Resourceful in managing a considerable backlog of title transfers across various states.
