Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address compliance issues
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to resolve compliance-related challenges
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience required
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • HOA and/or property management experience highly preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to survey properties as needed
  • Able to work in various weather conditions
  • Must have a valid Driver's license with a clean driving record
