- Participate in meetings and workgroups to stay informed about new developments, policies, and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with residents regarding compliance issues and regular inquiries
- Monitor the community to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Perform light office duties and utilize small office equipment as needed
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and community members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software and tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address compliance issues
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to resolve compliance-related challenges
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Education and Experience:
- 2+ years of customer service experience required
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- HOA and/or property management experience highly preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Able to survey properties as needed
- Able to work in various weather conditions
- Must have a valid Driver's license with a clean driving record
