Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a reliable schedule of 30+ hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Support individuals in directing their own lives, fostering relationships, and engaging in community activities
  • Assist clients in planning and achieving personal goals
  • Provide direct care and support for daily living activities, including meals and personal care
  • Organize various activities, outings, and workshops aimed at enhancing life skills and promoting independence

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle
