About the Role

VINCI Highways Mobility Solutions is seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor to lead our customer service team. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees, ensuring that customer service calls are handled efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have two years of related experience as a Customer Service lead or supervisor, excellent attendance and punctuality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment. You will also have excellent computer skills, strong data entry skills, 10-key by touch, and various Microsoft Office programs.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $60,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
