Key Responsibilities

    • Manage associate labor to support and drive cafe profitability

    • Upgrade operations as needed to meet customer expectations
  • Build Customer Relationships and Loyalty

Requirements
  • Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to drive positive results and run great shifts
  • Demonstrated understanding of the business and ServSafe certification
  • At least 18 years of age
