Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth for our company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to perform individually in a competitive environment
- Ability to take initiative and produce results
- Committed to understanding the sales cycle intimately
- Ability to satisfy current and new customers and manage company's relationship with them
- Sensitive to clients' needs, can develop warm client relationships through trust
