Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst II to join our team. As a Data Analyst II, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data needs, handling data requests, reports, and predictive data modeling. You will work closely with senior management and internal stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements and monitor data trends to proactively identify issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze health management programs and identify trends and insights
- Collect, validate, and measure data outcomes
- Work with financial, pharmacy, claims, provider, and member data, as well as IRS, CMS, HHSC, and HEDIS reporting
- Perform internal data cleansing and data reconciliation analysis
- Create and generate reports through MS-Excel, MS-Access, and SQL using Business Objects interface and direct links to core databases (ODS/EDW)
- Produce reports for and interface with senior management and internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with training lower-level Data Analysts
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience
- Experience with HEDIS data analysis, including measurement and rates impacted

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
