Requirements and Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Completion of an in-person interview process.
  • State CNA License or State Home Health Aide Certification OR Passing Test Score of Agency HHA Assessment.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Florida State Level 2 background check required.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Authorization to work in the USA.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of one-on-one care experience.
  • Dependability and commitment to assigned schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills with a caring attitude.
  • Proficiency in English language - both verbal and written communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities according to care plans.
  • Provide care in accordance with Florida Statute guidelines for Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants.
  • Document client-related activities accurately, adhering to Agency policy.
  • Notify the supervisor of any changes in the client's health status.

Work Hours

Flexible hours based on experience, availability, and client needs. We serve clients in various counties.

Compensation

$16-17 per hour.
