As a Ground Crew Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe operation of our jump courts and other park features while providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers entering the courts, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment.
- Explain jump areas and rules for each station, promoting a fun and responsible experience for our guests.
- Ensure all jumpers have a valid wristband, proper footwear, and no loose jewelry, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Clear the courts of jumpers whose wristbands have expired, preventing any potential safety hazards.
- Respond promptly to injuries, clearing the courts or surrounding area as needed, and ensuring the well-being of our guests.
- Monitor the tracking system, alerting jumpers of their expired time and maintaining accurate records.
- Remove expired stickers, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Assist jumpers and other guests with any questions, providing exceptional customer service.
- Keep jump areas clean, fluffing the foam pit as needed, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
- Monitor, clean, organize, and restock bathrooms, cubbies, and seating areas as needed, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
- Resolve guest concerns, elevating concerns to a supervisor or manager as needed, and maintaining a positive guest experience.
- Report problems with equipment to the manager on duty, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.
- Maintain a fully stocked backpack of first aid supplies, reporting any needs to the manager on duty.
- Attend to any and all injured visitors within your designated area, providing prompt and effective care.
- Complete an incident report on any injury, loss, or other incident, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with park policies.
- Report any and all injuries to the manager on duty, ensuring prompt attention and minimizing potential risks.
- Complete opening and closing duties, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Perform all duties in a friendly and courteous manner, promoting a positive and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Willingness to work as a team, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Ability to understand all aspects of the Fly Trampoline Park employee handbook and park rules, acting in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and guests, ensuring effective communication and minimizing misunderstandings.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours), ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment.
