About the Position

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking highly motivated and experienced Automotive Assistants and Service Managers to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the East Hanover, NJ area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule mechanics/technicians' work and ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs exceeding customer expectations
  • Order parts and maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Communicate safety and mechanical issues to the store manager and customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and sales support

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
  • Basic math and PC skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
