Civil Project Manager - Water & Wastewater

Timmons Group is seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Manager to join our Water & Wastewater Group in Richmond, VA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services.
  • Oversee project staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and negotiate project scopes, fees, and contracts.
  • Ensure technical quality, profitability, and schedule adherence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, with equivalent work experience and professional registration (P.E.) in North Carolina and/or other states where Timmons Group operates.
  • 6-10 years of experience in civil engineering related to Water/Wastewater or Infrastructure markets.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in office software, modeling, and CADD technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and internal design teams.
