Job Summary
The Hospitals of Providence - Memorial Campus is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Coordinator to join our Pediatric Transport Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the care needs of assigned patients and developing comprehensive plans to manage care delivery across the patient care continuum.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, social work, and others to ensure appropriate tests and treatments are delivered in a timely fashion.
- Advocate for the patient and balance care needs and financial considerations to ensure efficient and effective treatments are achieved.
- Develop customized care plans based on individual patient needs and preferences.
Requirements
- Academic degree in nursing
- 2 years of nursing experience
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a registered nurse
- BLS certification
