Initially, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop effective strategies. You will then transition into a leadership role, ensuring the successful implementation of major programs.

This position is hybrid and requires travel. Upon execution, relocation may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive solutions addressing a wide range of DoD missions, particularly in C6ISRT and IT sectors.
  • Effectively communicate solutions to clients and internal teams. Prepare white papers, responses to RFIs, and presentations, serving as a technical lead on proposals.
  • Analyze RFPs to create compelling, compliant solutions that adhere to solicitation requirements and industry best practices.
  • Support Capture Managers in articulating transformative solutions that meet customer mission needs.
  • Conduct operational analyses of mission requirements and devise execution plans, staffing models, and task organizations.
  • Collaborate with systems engineers to define and develop enterprise-level solutions that meet industry standards.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for their integration.
  • Engage with customers to grasp technical requirements and assess the current operational environment.
  • Translate customer needs and technical requirements into actionable solutions and proposals.
  • Deliver technical briefings and validate solutions with customer stakeholders.
  • Articulate the value of proposed solutions to customer organizations and present business cases for technology implementations.
  • Establish processes and lead a team in disciplined execution throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Participate in technical Communities of Practice to foster collaboration across the company.
  • Work alongside other Group and Business Unit Solution Architects to develop and disseminate methodologies and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Operational Planning or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Chief Operating Officer or Chief of Staff in a Combatant Command.
  • A minimum of 5 years of executive leadership experience in both domestic and international settings.
  • Operational experience in military planning and budgeting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must possess a current/active Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time.
  • Occasional movement within the office environment.
  • Frequent use of office equipment and communication with colleagues and clients.
