Maintenance Technician Job Description

Crown Health Care Laundry Services is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on assigned equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct daily meter readings, boiler chemistry, and sanitation checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance calls during production hours to minimize disruptions.
  • Repair machinery in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and safety.
  • Assist in training new employees on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Requirements:
  • Two years of electrical experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of electrical control systems, including PLCs, inverter drives, and pneumatics.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
