Job Title: HVAC Comfort Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Comfort Specialist to join our team at Christian Brothers Mechanical LLC. As a key member of our service and replacement company, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform residential AC & Heating service, preventive maintenance on all types of Residential & Light Commercial HVAC Systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, water, and air-cooled systems.

• Prepare quotes and educate homeowners on their options for repairs & replacements.

• Work collaboratively with our team on replacement projects & repair work, utilizing your own hand tools and diagnostic instruments.

• Enjoy a performance-pay structure with commission, offering a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $60,000.

• Benefit from our comprehensive benefits package, including 401K matching up to 3%, paid time off, holidays, a monthly team bonus, in-house & manufacturer training, a take-home service vehicle, and a tool repayment allowance.

Qualifications and Technical Requirements:

• Hold EPA Certification.

• Possess NATE certification (preferred but not required).

• Demonstrate a minimum of three years of field experience.

• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Exhibit excellent customer communication skills.

• Demonstrate a commitment to being on-time and working safely.

• Pass a drug screening and background check.

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
