Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Transitional Financial Advisor (FA) to become a vital part of our TD Wealth team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of successfully selling investment products and delivering comprehensive financial planning services, emphasizing a customer-first approach. As a Transitional FA, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in the Mass Affluent segment in reaching their financial aspirations related to asset growth, preservation, and protection. This position entails managing client relationships, achieving sales objectives, and collaborating with various stakeholders within TD Wealth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide investment solutions and develop tailored financial plans.
- Deliver outstanding service to enhance client retention and growth.
- Oversee client onboarding processes and ensure thorough client assessments.
- Effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Build and sustain client relationships within the Mass Affluent segment.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Refer clients to Retail and Small Business partners as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and promote teamwork.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of successful experience in investment sales and financial planning.
- Possession of Series 65 and Life/Health insurance licenses is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of wealth management products and services.
- Proficient understanding of retail and small business banking practices.
- Strong ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and partners.
