At HealthPartners, we're seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you'll play a crucial role in attracting and retaining top talent who share our organization's mission and values.



The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and be able to build relationships with hiring managers to create a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.



Responsibilities will include:




  • Developing and implementing recruitment plans to meet business needs
  • Building relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs
  • Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates to ensure the best fit for our organization
  • Streamlining recruitment processes and recommending strategies to improve efficiency
  • Providing exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring teams


Requirements for this role include:




  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or related Human Resources experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR systems


Preferred qualifications include experience in recruitment marketing and/or sales, as well as proficiency in Enterprise-level Applicant Tracking Systems.
