Position Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager or Site Superintendent to manage the construction of several custom homes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of custom home construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with clients, providing regular updates and managing their expectations.
