Job Title: Commercial Construction Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator with experience in commercial projects, municipal projects, healthcare, and/or restaurants to provide accurate cost estimates to clients and ensure projects are completed within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather project details.
  • Review project plans and specifications to accurately estimate costs associated with labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Prepare and submit bids to clients.
  • Identify potential project risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project costs and budgets.
  • Communicate with clients and project stakeholders to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating.
  • Experience in commercial projects, municipal projects, healthcare facilities, and/or restaurants.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction estimating software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
