Job Overview

TEKsystems is seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to identify customer needs and provide solutions
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and pitches to customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
  • Experience in staff augmentation or service-oriented sales, preferably in the IT industry
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
