We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team at United Career Fairs. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with existing clients and identifying new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, making effective sales calls and managing the sales cycle to close new business.
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients and prospects.
- Prepare professional reports, proposals, and other documentation as needed to support sales efforts.
- Collaborate with other sales representatives to ensure company quotas and standards are met.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Strong prospecting skills and ability to handle customer issues and calls that do not result in a sale.
