Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead our installation process in the Detroit area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation of our products, providing exceptional customer service, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the installation process, including technical measurement, warehouse, installation, and service, to ensure homeowner delight, efficiency, and appropriate resource capacity.
  • Implement and execute recruiting strategies to meet workforce requirements.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Process functions to ensure resources are aligned with demand fluctuations.
  • Participate in the CORO Safety Committee and ensure compliance with regulatory procedures and requirements.
  • Supervise installation process associates, including performance planning, open communication, and addressing team concerns.
  • Resolve installation process issues with homeowners when front-line leadership needs support.
Requirements
  • Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record.
  • A minimum of 7 years of work experience in the home improvement or closely related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of direct supervision experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques.
  • Previous work experience recruiting and managing independent contractors.
