Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead our installation process in Detroit. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the installation process, including technical measurement, warehouse, installation, and service, to ensure homeowner delight, efficiency, and appropriate resource capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the installation process to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Lead a team of installation process associates to deliver flawless installation and signature service.
  • Implement and execute recruiting strategies to meet workforce requirements.
  • Work closely with sales and customer process functions to ensure resources are aligned with demand fluctuations.
  • Participate in the CORO Safety Committee to ensure regulatory procedures and requirements are met.
  • Supervise installation process associates, including performance planning, fostering open communication, and answering team concerns and questions.
  • Work directly with homeowners to resolve installation process issues.

Requirements:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record.
  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience in the home improvement or closely related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of direct supervision experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques.
  • Previous work experience recruiting and managing independent contractors.
  • Ability to work and lead in a team environment.
  • Previous P&L responsibility.
