Job Summary

This role serves as the primary point of contact within the HR department for inquiries and requests from current and former employees, as well as leaders. The successful candidate will utilize exceptional customer service skills to provide accurate and timely responses to HR-related questions and concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for routine HR policy and process inquiries, utilizing a standard inquiry handling process supported by technology.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate HR teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Manage ticket closure within established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience by addressing HR inquiries, issues, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Build and maintain productive working relationships across HR departments to resolve customer issues and create documentation for future reference.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or 2+ years of customer service/call center experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Inbound call center and/or front-line human resources or employee benefits administration experience.
  • Knowledge of knowledgebase and case management systems.
