Job Title: Sales Associate II

The Sales Associate II plays a vital role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our retail stores. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging shopping environment, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and current offerings.
  • Effectively communicate product knowledge to customers, identifying and meeting their needs through personalized recommendations.
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and techniques, including cross-selling and upselling.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
