We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being, and assisting with daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications and treatments, monitoring health, and assisting with personal care needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care and treatment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate residents and their families on health conditions and care plans.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for all residents.
This position-shifts will vary based on needs.
