Social Work Professional Job Description

The Helen Ross McNabb Center is committed to improving the lives of individuals we serve by offering a unique opportunity for a Social Work Professional to join our team in Hamilton and McMinn locations.

About the Role:

In this role, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact by providing employment support, child development services, and family support to clients. You will work closely with Specialists and other Counseling positions to ensure effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality support services to clients, focusing on employment, child development, and family needs.
  • Establish strong relationships with Specialists and other team members to ensure cohesive service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
  • Flexibility to work PRN/As Needed schedule available.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is approximately $35,584 - $44,094, based on 40 hours per week at $17.19/hour.
