About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Master's degree holder in Social Work to join our team at Erlanger Health.

Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for patients.
  • Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions to promote healing and growth is an essential part of this role.
  • Collaboration with the medical team to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients is also key.
  • Effective communication with patients, families, and caregivers to address their concerns and needs is crucial.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • State licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is also mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of experience in counseling or therapy is preferred.
  • Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills are essential.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
