We are seeking a highly skilled Dietitian - Clinical Nutrition Specialist to join our team at Providence Health & Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing medical nutrition therapy, nutrition support, and nutrition education to patients in various settings.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct nutritional assessments and implement care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide evidence-based nutrition education and support
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and care conferences to ensure seamless patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and best practices to provide high-quality care
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics
- Post-graduate internship accredited by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
- Montana Nutritionist License within 6 months of hire
- National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration upon hire
- Experience in an acute care facility
