We are seeking an experienced Sales and Service leader to join our team as an Assistant General Manager at Alsco Uniforms. Our company has been serving customers since 1889 and has grown into a worldwide leader with over 350,000 customers in 13 countries.

As a Sales and Service leader, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing all facets of a branch operation, ensuring customer service and quality standards are met, and developing a team-oriented environment. You will also assist with budgeting, supply-demand analysis, process modeling, and management to ensure financial goals are met.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of successful experience in a sales, service, or general management position within the textile services industry, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, superior organizational skills, and a proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff.
