Key Responsibilities
  • Metrics & Financials: Track and analyze key performance indicators, clinic budgets, and team performance on a monthly basis.
  • Community Engagement: Establish strong connections with families, providing education and guidance throughout the onboarding process.
  • Team Leadership: Attract, engage, and retain a team of 25-50 professionals who deliver clinical excellence. Conduct performance evaluations, corrective actions, and development plans.
  • Clinical Outcomes: Partner with clinic admissions associates, clinical directors, and department leaders to ensure operations quality.
Requirements
  • At least 4-6 years of people management experience leading a large team of professionals across multiple sites and/or district management.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred or considerable people management experience required.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong professional communication style among department leaders.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk, and assume various positions, lift or move up to 50 pounds, and maintain near and far visual acuity.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and evaluate consequences.
