Perry Homes, LLC is a leading residential home builder, and we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Partner to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional administrative support to our Senior Leaders.
About the Position
- Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence.
- Assist Senior Leaders in planning and executing strategic initiatives and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve processes and efficiency.
- Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of executive-level support experience.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
Compensation and Benefits
- An estimated annual salary of $80,000 - $100,000 based on location and experience.
