About the Position

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence.
  • Assist Senior Leaders in planning and executing strategic initiatives and events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of executive-level support experience.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).

Compensation and Benefits

  • An estimated annual salary of $80,000 - $100,000 based on location and experience.
