Position Overview
As a vital member of the Louisiana team, the Shift Manager will prioritize several key responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
In addition to the duties of a typical Sandwich Artist, your daily tasks will include:
  • Providing training to Sandwich ArtistsTM on both existing and new tasks
  • Managing staff schedules and oversight
  • Implementing inventory control measures
  • Ensuring all equipment is operational during your shift
  • Completing necessary paperwork

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a food service environment.

Essential Skills

Candidates must be able to bend, stand, and walk throughout the entire workday, with the capacity to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
