Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Member Team Lead to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Member Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, leading a team of associates, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Service: Provide outstanding member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting them with purchasing decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of associates, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Business Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the business, including handling claims and returns, zoning the area, and maintaining the availability of carts and flatbeds.
  • Accounting and Finance: Maintain accurate accounting records, process transactions, and prepare financial analysis reports.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Requirements
  • 6 months retail experience, including operating front-end equipment and customer service experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $21.00 to $29.00, with additional compensation in the form of premiums. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
