We are seeking a skilled Nursing Services Coordinator to join our team at Ohana Pacific Management Company.

About the Position

This role involves coordinating nursing services and supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide excellent care and support to our patients.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in nursing and current standards of practice. A graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Hawaii are also required.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate nursing services and support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapy services, and other healthcare professionals to improve quality of services.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

  • A competitive salary of $82,000 - $108,000 per year, depending on experience.
