About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Loan Officer to join our team at Lennar Mortgage. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for originating and processing mortgage loans for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and process mortgage loans for customers, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Meet with customers to discuss their mortgage needs and provide guidance on the loan process.
  • Work with customers to gather and review financial information, including credit reports and income verification.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to ensure loan applications are complete and accurate.
  • Communicate with customers throughout the loan process, providing updates and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets, as established by the company.
Requirements
  • Four-year college degree (preferred)
  • At least three years of Loan Originating experience
  • Ability to maintain flexible work schedule, including evening and weekend work
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • NMLS License required in Arizona
