We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Administrator to join our team at PrideStaff Financial. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced medical office environment.
About the Job:This is a full-time opportunity with an estimated salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a similar role and a strong background in medical administration.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing front desk operations, including patient registration, scheduling, and check-in/check-out processes
- Providing excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Processing medical records, claims, and insurance verifications
- Collaborating with clinical staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a medical office setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, billing, and coding principles
