**Position Overview**

We are currently looking for a **Community Engagement Coordinator** to join our team at a local community. This role involves performing administrative tasks under the guidance of a Community Manager for a part-time schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**:
  • Welcome all visitors with a courteous and professional attitude.
  • Handle community office phone calls efficiently, providing necessary information for inquiries.
  • Build and nurture relationships within the community.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create and present various documents.
  • Assist the Community Manager with data entry into management software.
  • Support the Community Manager in managing guest cards and lead information.
  • Maintain community office files in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage inventory, order, and confirm receipt of office supplies while ensuring office equipment is well-maintained.
  • Document interactions and maintain records to support existing residents and attract potential new residents.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager on sales of new and used homes, showcasing properties to prospective residents.
  • Safeguard residents' privacy and property.
  • Adhere to all Federal, State, and Local regulations to uphold the company's interests and ensure fair treatment of residents, vendors, and team members.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
  • At least 1 year of general office experience is required; sales experience is preferred.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Capability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
**Compensation and Benefits**:

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $18.00 to $22.00, based on relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
