Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and addressing guest inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Managing cash register operations, maintaining sufficient funds, and processing invoices through our inventory system.
  • Coordinating paperwork and ensuring timely submissions to our corporate office.
  • Maintaining office supplies and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
  • Assisting with reservation requests and providing a seamless guest experience.
  • Completing opening and closing shift duties to ensure a smooth operation.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work at a quick pace.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
