Technical Recruiter Specialist

Job Summary:
Brains Workgroup, Inc is a search and consulting firm in the areas of Information Technology, Management, Sales & Marketing and more. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Technical Recruiter Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search for qualified candidates using various job boards and databases.
- Conduct initial telephone interviews and qualify potential candidates.
- Enter candidate data into our applicant tracking system (ATS) and present qualified candidates to our Account Executives.
- Assist with the interview and hiring process, including administrative tasks and office management responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Ability to plan and execute recruitment strategies to meet goals and metrics.
- Strong data entry skills and knowledge of MS Office and Windows Programs.
- Self-motivated and high energy, with a strong desire to be successful as an individual and as a team.
What We Offer:
