The Role: Dispatcher

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee driver activities, ensuring they remain on schedule and organized throughout their workday.
  • Effectively manage delivery routes and schedules to optimize efficiency and timely deliveries.
  • Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the delivery process, providing prompt and effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using dispatch software and GPS navigation systems.
  • Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
