Planetary Surface Operations Coordinator

Lunar Terrain Vehicle Services
About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Planetary Surface Operations Coordinator. As an integral member of our Lunar Terrain Vehicle Services (LTVS) team, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and coordinate meetings between various teams and organizations involved in the LTVS project
- Assist with document deliveries to NASA, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Maintain effective document control and ensure all files are properly stored, labeled, and accessible
- Support the creation and iteration of deliverables to meet NASA instructions
- Capture and update status of program, obtaining data and metrics from electronic platforms
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to keep the project on track
We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Experience with Jira or similar project management tools is also desired. You should be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality work. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for coordinating between different teams and ensuring timely and effective communication.
