Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture connections through networking and outreach with financial institutions, real estate agents, builders, and the local community to generate new business opportunities.
  • Guide clients in choosing loan options that align with their financial objectives and requirements.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of loan applications in accordance with our operational standards.
  • Manage all client interactions to ensure a seamless process by collaborating with real estate agents, processing teams, and underwriting professionals.
  • Guarantee the precise and timely preparation of all necessary documentation from clients, loan officers, title companies, and other relevant industry stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Thorough knowledge of company lending policies and procedures, along with all applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Outstanding decision-making capabilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities are essential.
  • Possession of a current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending is required.
  • Familiarity with FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/adjustable-rate loans, bridge loans, non-conforming loans, FNMA and FHLMC guidelines, and home equity lines of credit.
