This position requires a proactive solution seeker who leads by example, encourages and engages team members, and assists in providing leadership to achieve fiduciary and quality goals for the Food and Beverage operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend weekly meetings to relay information about upcoming events to staff under supervision.
  • Supply information about capabilities and programs to other departments and clients or potential clients.
  • Respond to needs and requests of guests and potential guests.
  • Ensure implementation and maintenance of standards of food, beverage, and service quality commensurate with a first-class operation.
  • Implement effective cost controls for food, beverage, and labor.
  • Utilize systems for inventory, receiving, and product utilization (product cost).
  • Lead by following standards of productivity for food and beverage personnel.
  • Create a comfortable atmosphere to encourage committed and loyal employees.
  • Assist with hiring and training programs for food and beverage personnel.
  • Assist in other Food and Beverage outlets in whatever capacity needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
