About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Part-Time Associate. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer issues, and providing product information to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
  • Answer customer questions and provide product information to assist with purchases.
  • Process orders, deliveries, and loading tickets efficiently and accurately.
  • Load customer merchandise and restock shelves to maintain a well-organized store environment.
Requirements
  • 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
  • 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
  • Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a trade area related to department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, and lumber/building materials).
  • 6 months retail experience providing customer service, including identifying and resolving customer issues, assisting customers in locating product, greeting customers, answering phones, building relationships with customers, and thanking customers for their business.
  • 6 months sales experience identifying and selling products based on customer needs, including credit cards, installations, add-on sales, and explaining warranties, product features, and benefits.
