Customer Service Representative

Girl Scouts of Central California South (GSCCS) is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Member Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, volunteers, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM software to manage member interactions, record details, and provide solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member information in our database.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Prepare and maintain reports to track member data and customer service metrics.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM software.
  • Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
